Our DEI Mission Statement

The Blue Hill Troupe, Ltd. (“the Troupe” or “BHT”), founded in 1924, is a non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to benefiting the community by providing high-quality theater and donating net proceeds to NYC-based charities. The Troupe believes in dignity and respect for all, and that the theater and the performing arts are for everyone, regardless of gender, age, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, disability, or other protected status.

We acknowledge that we must create and maintain a safe space that equally values all our members and our community. It is through diversity, equity, and inclusion that we will continue to thrive for another 100 years.
